Q:What does "own use" mean?

We distinguish between "own use" and "agency use".

Agency use means you are using the system to build and manage websites for clients.

Own use means you are using the system to build websites for yourself or your business.

Q: What is meant by an annual revenue limit?

We want to make Sprouts/Gardener free for personal and small business use.

We use the annual revenue to distinguish between individuals who are just starting out and established businesses.

If you run an online business that generates revenue over the mentioned limit, then you need to use the business license.

َQ: Why does agency use require recurring payment?

Our "Pay ONCE" philosophy is meant for end users.

If you run an agency where you have customers who pay you recurring fees to design and host their websites on their behalf, it's only fair that we charge recurring fees as well, since our software is a corner stone of your business.

Our recurring fee is flat and does not depend on the number of clients you have.
