A technical design document describes the technical details of how a feature is to be implemented across different layers or components of the system.

• As artifacts, they help future developers understand past design decisions and see how the system evolved over time.

Service outline

Given a requirements document, we will produce a technical design document that explains, in a language that developers understand, what needs to be done to implement the requirements:

• Database tables with ER diagrams
• UI components, backend APIs, with explanations and sequence diagrams
• Clear, direct language, avoiding excessive repetition and oversimplification

• Send us a requirements document (short and clear is best)
• We accept one request at a time
• If we need clarification, we’ll follow up by email or schedule a short call

2. Design

• We analyze and design the system to meet your goals
• Delivery: 1-3 business days (depending on complexity)
• You receive:
  • A web version (like the sample)
  • A single-file .mhtml archive (offline viewable)
  • A PDF version

3. Review

• You review the document with your dev team
• We answer questions and apply minor amendments if needed
• You approve the document to mark completion
